Revive the Sunnah. Offer a Prophetic Qurbani.
Follow in the Prophet's (ﷺ) footsteps and offer Qurbani for yourself and on behalf of someone in need. In this way, you can donate your Qurbani the way our beloved Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ) would.
Donate one Qurbani for yourself and one for the less fortunate in our community who cannot afford to fulfil their own. Alternatively, you can offer a Qurbani for yourself and one on behalf of the Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ), in celebration of his wonderful deeds and generous heart.
Muslim Futures ensures it is distributed where most needed.
The Sunnah of social consciousness and being aware of those who are less fortunate extended to all parts of our Prophet Mohammad’s (ﷺ) way and lifestyle.
Our beloved Prophet (ﷺ) would spend his nights praying for his ummah, his days inviting all to the truth of Allah (SWT) and treating everyone with fairness and love. Especially, during the sacred days of Dhul-Hijjah, the Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ) would partake in sacred acts of devotion and sacrifice.
Remembering and commemorating the sacrifice of the Prophet Ibrahim (AS), our Prophet (ﷺ) would offer his Qurbani and then offer another on behalf of his Ummah and those that could not afford to do it themselves.
"The Prophet (SAW) sacrificed for the one who could not sacrifice from his Ummah, one who bore witness to the Oneness of Allah and [his] Prophethood" (as narrated by Al-Tarbani)
This beautiful act of making an additional sacrifice for those who are unable to give for themselves is called a Prophetic Qurbani; not only a rewarding experience but a truly compassionate one as well.
